To add html to your site using Wordpress… I add it to the side bar widgets because that way it shows up on each page.
On the dashboard’s left hand side click appearence — then select widgets. The available ones should now show up in the center of the page. Simply grab the one that says text ( your cursor will change to a 4-way arrow) and drag it to a position on the side bar to the right. Then edit the text box by clicking the little down triangle on the right and add your html code… Click the link below for a screen shot
